What is my Brand Manifesting?

I have posted about this before but feel pretty compelled to do so again. One of the things that I am most passionate about is INTERNAL branding. Many times we assume that if we can just get the word you there…people will buy…or if we can just touch the right person…they will get it. Many times, this can be true, other times…it is not. I love what Jeffery Combes says, “you can say all the right things but if to the wrong person…does not matter and in the same breath say all the wrong things but to the right person and hit a bullseye.” I added to this a bit, “if your INTERNAL brand is not congruent with your EXTERNAL brand then the external will not be PROPERLY manifested. Why is this…simple. People what GENUINENESS. We exude what we are. If you look great, smell great, and say all the right things, but are not WHO you say and do not believe it from the core of WHO you are…no fruit can be produced.

Branding Tip of the Day: I have come to the conclusion that many times in life and in business that we are not always exhibiting true honesty about who we are. We tend to want to be accepted so much that we put on masks or fail to take them off. We tend to over-sell rather that just be and love and to accept who we are in the moment. My challenge to you today as it relates to personal branding is simple: TAKE OFF THE MASK AND BE YOU!!! BE REAL!!! This can be difficult and uncomfortable at times, but is ALWAYS for the best and WILL enhance your levels of production guaranteed.
